Another Downtown Crossing Work Complete

Sunset Crossing at Downtown was redone, the work take a few days,on this day the workers had to deal with a on coming train...

What is with??

On August the 11th I was biking through Battle Park, just as I was about to reach the road crossing I noticed two Firefighter Trucks Park on Falls Roads, there was about five Firefighters doing something to a Tree, What I don't know. These are the photos of the tree after they left..

If anyone can explain I would love to hear it.
