I was browsing the photos that David Hahula took of the Rocky Mount, NC Christmas Parade this year. Every shot was great, showing just how the diverse our city is. The Parade feature groups from all over the city. From School Band to City employees and every day citizens.
It would seem that city was truly enjoying it self that day.

however the first photo is a shocker, lady on a float take a phone, really. The phone call could have waited.
